RPA v.4.0.11 is released.

RPA v.4.0.11 is a minor update.

This release introduces the following updates:

• Implemented explicit support for the C locale to prevent issues when entering decimal numbers on systems using regional locale settings.
• Resolved a minor issue where the default value (0.8) for the emissivity of outer wall surface in radiatively cooled segments was used instead of the user-defined value.
